1914-18 Great War South Irish Horse trio to South Irish Horse, to 942 PTE. G. GRAY. S. IR. H. Comprising 1914 Star, British War Medal and Victory Medal. Born in Athboy Co. Meath Grey joined the South Irish Horse in 1914 and later served in the Dorset Yeomanry. He was killed in Palestine and is buried in the Haifa War Cemetery.
